  • 1
    Avocado
  • 100 g
    Shrimp (for salad)
  • 1
    Tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 3
    Tablespoons Mayonnaise
  • 1
    A little salt
  • 1
    A little pepper
  • 1
    Parsley (if available), appropriate amount
Cooking time: Approximately 15 minutes
Ingredients:

For 4 people

  • Grapefruit 2 pieces
  • 1 avocado
  • Shrimp (for salad) 100g
  • Lemon juice 1 tablespoon
  • Mayonnaise 2-3 tablespoons
  • A little salt
  • A little pepper
  • Parsley (if available), appropriate amount
How to make it:

1/ Divide the grapefruit into two.

2/ Make a cut inside the skin with a knife, then scoop out the fruit with a teaspoon and place it in a colander placed over a bowl. Since the grapefruit peel will be used as a plate, carefully remove the white pulp remaining on the inside. *You can drink the juice left in the bowl as fresh juice.

3/ Cut the avocado into bite-sized pieces, place in a bowl and sprinkle with lemon juice.

4/ Combine grapefruit, avocado, shrimp, and mayonnaise in a large bowl.

5/ Season with salt and pepper, then arrange the salad on a grapefruit peel plate.

6/ Finely chop the parsley and sprinkle it on the salad.

โ˜…Keep it in the refrigerator until just before eating.
โ˜…Feel free to use as many different ingredients as you like, such as cucumber, crab sticks, tomatoes, smoked salmon, canned tuna, etc.
โ˜…It’s nice to be able to make it without using a fire in the hot summer. This salad is refreshing and leaves your body and mood refreshed.
