1/ Divide the grapefruit into two.
2/ Make a cut inside the skin with a knife, then scoop out the fruit with a teaspoon and place it in a colander placed over a bowl. Since the grapefruit peel will be used as a plate, carefully remove the white pulp remaining on the inside. *You can drink the juice left in the bowl as fresh juice.
3/ Cut the avocado into bite-sized pieces, place in a bowl and sprinkle with lemon juice.
4/ Combine grapefruit, avocado, shrimp, and mayonnaise in a large bowl.
5/ Season with salt and pepper, then arrange the salad on a grapefruit peel plate.
6/ Finely chop the parsley and sprinkle it on the salad.

Keep it in the refrigerator until just before eating.

Feel free to use as many different ingredients as you like, such as cucumber, crab sticks, tomatoes, smoked salmon, canned tuna, etc.
