I currently live in Berlin, Germany, a vibrant and international city where cultures from all over the world come together. With people from so many different backgrounds calling Berlin home, the variety of food is extraordinary. Every day feels like a new adventure, filled with fresh discoveries and endless culinary inspiration.

My fascination with French food culture began during my previous job, but moving to Berlin a few years ago opened my eyes to an even wider world of flavors. From Germany to countless other countries, Iโ€™ve learned so much about how food brings cultures to life.

Whatโ€™s truly amazing is how the same ingredients we use in Japan can transform into entirely different dishes just by changing the spices or cooking techniques. Itโ€™s a reminder of how food connects us all, no matter where weโ€™re from.
