1/ Cut the apple into 1cm cubes, put them in a bowl, add lemon juice and mix.
2/ Cut the beets into 1cm cubes and add to the apple bowl and mix.
3/ Chop the walnuts.
4/ Add chopped walnuts, maple syrup, olive oil, salt, and pepper to the bowl of apples and beets, mix well, and serve.
