1/ Wash the mixed salad and drain the water.
2/ Wash the grapes and cut the apples and cucumbers into easy-to-eat pieces.
3/ Cut the halloumi cheese into cubes, heat a frying pan, and fry the halloumi cheese over medium heat. (No oil required)
4/ Add the seasonings marked * in a bowl and mix to make the sauce.
5/ Add mixed salad, apples, cucumbers, and grapes to a salad bowl, mix, and top with halloumi cheese. Arrange the salad on a plate, top with the sauce and enjoy
