1/ Preparation (optional if you don’t have time): Place the pork in a container or plastic bag with 1 teaspoon each of salt and sugar, and 4 tablespoons of water, and leave to soak for at least 2 hours (to make it soft).
2/ Drain the meat using kitchen paper or similar and season lightly with salt and pepper.
3/ Coat the meat in flour.
4/ Heat butter or olive oil in a frying pan, add the meat and fry on both sides, then add the white wine.
5/ Place gorgonzola cheese on the meat, cover and cook over low heat for about 3 minutes until the cheese is melted.

You can make this delicious with not only pork, but also beef and chicken!

When grilling steak, we recommend using butter as this will bring out the flavor of the cheese and give it a rich taste.
