Ingredients

Cooking time: Approximately 15-20 minutes (excluding preparation time for tenderizing meat)
Ingredients:

For 4 people

  • 4 slices of Pork Cutlet
  • 150g of Gorgonzola Cheese
  • Butter or Olive Oil (as needed)
  • 100ml of White Wine
  • An appropriate amount of Flour
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
How to make it:

1/ Optional Pre-Soaking for Tenderness: If you have time, place the pork in a container or a plastic bag with 1 teaspoon each of salt and sugar, and 4 tablespoons of water. Let it soak for at least 2 hours. This step helps tenderize the meat. For best results, you can do this the day before and refrigerate overnight.

3/ Coat with Flour: Lightly coat both sides of the pork with flour. Shake off any excess.

4/ Pan-Fry and Deglaze: Heat butter or olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the pork slices and fry on both sides until golden. Pour in the white wine to deglaze the pan.

If youโ€™re a red wine lover like us, a glass of Chianti brings just the right touch of warmth and tradition to your plate๐Ÿ˜Š.
