🌟Make Your Turkish Bulgur Salad Even Better!🌟

⭐️ Check the Bulgur Instructions: The amount of water and steaming time for bulgur wheat is just a rough guide. Always check the instructions on the package you purchased for the best results.

⭐️ Get Creative with Add-ins: This recipe is a basic bulgur salad, but feel free to add feta cheese, cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, or any vegetables you have in your fridge. Make it your own with colorful variations!✨

⭐️ Sweet Paprika, Not Chili: This time I used Spitz paprika (Spitzpaprika/German), a long, thin sweet paprika that looks like chili but can be eaten raw.

🩷A Little Story: I first discovered this salad at a local supermarket here in Germany. It reminded me of couscous, so I decided to give it a try—and it was so delicious that I had to recreate it at home! With many Turkish communities here, it’s no surprise that Turkish flavors like this have become part of everyday life.😊
