Ingredients:
1/ Make the dough: Mix all the ingredients for the dough in a bowl and knead well until smooth. Cover with a kitchen towel and let stand for 15 minutes.

5/ Spread crรจme fraรฎche on the dough and top with onions and bacon.
6/ Place the baking sheet in an oven preheated to 210โ and bake for about 20 minutes until crispy.
7/ Finish by sprinkling with shiveret and seasoning with pepper.

If you have difficulty obtaining crรจme fraรฎche (crรจme รฉpes), try using sour cream, cottage cheese, or cream cheese if you don’t like sour tastes.

Chives are a herb belonging to the Liliaceae family and are often used in German cooking. I don’t think it’s very familiar in Japan, but it’s a member of the green onion family, so you can substitute it with all-purpose green onions or morning onions! Or you can sprinkle some parsley on top.

It’s also great to enjoy different flavors by using your favorite ingredients!
