Ingredients:

  • 1 ripe melon (such as cantaloupe or Charentais)
  • 100โ€“200 g of prosciutto or your favorite cured ham
How to make it:

1/ Cut the Melon into Wedges: Cut the melon into 4 to 8 equal wedges, depending on the size of your melon and the number of servings you need.
2/ Score the Rind for Easy Eating: Make a shallow slit in the rind (on the underside of each wedge) with a knife. This makes it easier to eat the melon with a fork or spoon.
3/ Wrap with Prosciutto: Gently wrap each melon wedge with a slice of prosciutto. Arrange on a serving plate and drizzle lightly with port wine just before serving.
