    Tortellini
  • 50 g
    Bacon
  • 10 g
    Butter
  • 50 ml
    Heavy cream
  • 50 g
    Gorgonzola cheese
  • 15 g
    Parmesan cheese
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste
Cooking time: 20 minutes
Ingredients:

For 4 people:

  • 500 – 600g Tortellini
  • 200g Bacon
  • 20 – 40g Butter (amount to taste)
  • 200ml Heavy cream
  • 150 – 200g Gorgonzola cheese
  • 40 – 60g Parmesan cheese
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste

 

How to make it:

1/ ​​​​​​​​​​Prepare the Parmesan: Grate the Parmesan cheese and set aside.

2/ Boil Water for the Tortellini: Fill a large pot with water, add a pinch of salt, and bring it to a boil.

3/ Cook the Bacon: Heat a frying pan over medium heat, add the bacon, and sauté until crispy. Remove from the pan and set aside.

4/ Start the Sauce Base: In the same frying pan, melt the butter. Add the heavy cream and let it simmer gently over low heat.

5/ Add the Gorgonzola: Cut the Gorgonzola cheese into small pieces and stir them into the cream until fully melted and smooth.

6/ Cook the Tortellini: Once the water is boiling, add the tortellini and cook according to the package instructions.

7/ Combine and Serve: Drain the cooked tortellini in a colander, then add it to the sauce in the frying pan. Stir in the grated Parmesan (and a little extra butter if you want a richer flavor). Add the sautéed bacon, mix well, and serve immediately.
