  • 5 of Eggs
  • 100g of Onions (1โ€“2 pieces)
  • 100ml of Fresh cream

How to make it:

1/ Peel the potatoes and cut them into small dice.

2/ Dice the onion and bacon (pre-cut bacon works fine), and finely chop the parsley.

3/ In a bowl, whisk the eggs and cream together, then stir in the cheese. Season with nutmeg, salt, and pepper, and mix well.

โญ๏ธA Flexible and Family-Friendly Dish: This is a flexible dish that’s easy to prepare with readily available ingredients, making it enjoyable for both children and adults. You can reduce the portion size to serve it as a side dish or pair it with a green salad for a balanced meal.

โญ๏ธFresh Cream or Milk?: Adding fresh cream gives the dish a richer taste, but you can substitute milk for a lighter version.

โญ๏ธSave Time with Diced Potatoes: While potatoes in restaurants or supermarkets are often sliced, cutting them into small dice for this recipe ensures they cook more quickly, making it easier to save time.
