For 4 people:
1/Prepare the Corn: Drain the canned corn in a colander. Set aside about 1 tablespoon of kernels for garnish.
2/ Chop the Onion: Finely chop the onion.
3/Sauté the Onion: Heat the butter in a pot, add the chopped onion, and sauté until translucent.

4/Add the Corn: Add the drained corn and stir-fry briefly.
5/ Simmer the Base: Pour in the water and add the bouillon. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat and simmer for about 10 minutes.
6/Add the Cream: Add the fresh cream, stir gently, and continue simmering for another 10 minutes.
7/Blend Until Smooth: Remove the pot from the heat and use a hand blender to puree the soup until smooth.
8/Adjust the Seasoning: Season with salt and pepper to taste.
9/Serve and Garnish: Pour the soup into bowls and garnish with the reserved corn.
🌟Small Tips for a Cozy, Creamy Corn Soup🌟
⭐️ Add Something Crunchy: Toasted baguette, crispy bread, croutons, or even crunchy bacon make this creamy soup extra satisfying.🥖
⭐️ Make the Flavor Milder: If you prefer a gentler taste, try adding a small potato🥔it makes the soup smoother and slightly sweeter.
⭐️ Adjust the Thickness: If the soup feels too thick, add a little water or milk. If it feels too thin, simmer a bit longer to thicken naturally.
⭐️ Give It a Fresh Touch: Top with chopped chives, parsley, or a swirl of cream for a pop of color and a fresh aroma.🌿
⭐️ A Little Memory from My School Days: On winter mornings in middle and high school, I often made myself a quick cup of instant corn cream soup before heading out. That simple, cozy cup is still my strongest corn-soup memory—but after making it from scratch, I’ve discovered just how creamy and flavorful homemade corn soup can be. 😄
