Ingredients:

For 4 people

 Salad

  • 250g of Halloumi Cheese
  • 1 Apple
  • 1 Tablespoon of Lemon Juice
  • Appropriate amount of Mixed Salad
  • Appropriate amount of Seedless Grapes
  • 1/2 to 1 Cucumber

Dressing

  • 3 Tablespoons of Plain Yogurt (Greek type recommended)
  • 3 Tablespoons of Mayonnaise
  • 1 Tablespoon of Maple Syrup or Honey
  • 2 Teaspoons of Apple Cider Vinegar or Vinegar
  • 1 Tablespoon of Olive Oil
  • Appropriate amount of Salt
  • Appropriate amount of Pepper
How to make it:

1/ Prepare the Salad Base: Wash the mixed salad thoroughly and drain well.
2/ Wash and Chop the Produce: Wash the grapes. Cut the apple and cucumber into bite-sized pieces.

3/ Grill the Halloumi: Cut the halloumi cheese into cubes. Heat a frying pan over medium heat and grill the cheese until golden brown on all sides. (No oil needed.)
4/ Make the Dressing: In a small bowl, combine all the dressing ingredients and mix well to create a smooth, creamy sauce.
5/ Assemble the Salad: In a large salad bowl, add the mixed salad, apple, cucumber, and grapes. Toss gently. Top with the warm grilled halloumi cheese. Transfer to serving plates, drizzle with the dressing, and enjoy!
