  • 200g of Fresh cream
  • 150–200g of Gorgonzola cheese
  • 50g of Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon of White wine (if available)
  • An appropriate amount of Salt
  • An appropriate amount of Black pepper
  • 50g of Walnuts (if available)
How to make it:

1/ Prepare the Cheese: First, grate the Parmesan cheese and cut the Gorgonzola cheese into appropriate sizes for easy melting.

2/ Prepare the Walnuts: Next, finely chop the walnuts to add a delightful texture and flavor to the dish.

3/ Cook the Pasta: Pour water into a large pot and bring it to a boil. Add salt, then add the pasta and cook until al dente, subtracting two minutes from the listed cooking time.
4/ Heat the Cream: While the pasta is cooking, put the cream in a frying pan or pot and heat it over medium heat. Make sure not to let the cream boil.
5/ Melt the Gorgonzola: Before the cream boils, add the cut Gorgonzola cheese and mix well over low heat until it is completely melted and the sauce becomes smooth.
6/ Add White Wine and Season: Once the cheese has melted, add white wine and let it simmer for a while. Then, season the sauce with salt and black pepper to taste.
7/ Combine Pasta and Sauce: When the pasta is cooked al dente, transfer it to a colander to drain and remove excess water. Then, add the pasta to the skillet with the sauce.

8/ Add Parmesan and Mix: Mix the cream sauce and pasta together over low heat. Add the Parmesan cheese and stir well until the sauce becomes rich and creamy.

⭐️Simple Additions, Big Flavor: Gorgonzola Pasta Tips⭐️

⭐️ Butter Makes It Better: For an extra rich and silky finish, stir in a knob of butter right before serving. It adds depth and brings all the flavors together beautifully.

⭐️ Truffle Magic: Season with cheese, salt, and pepper, then elevate the flavor with a sprinkle of truffle powder or truffle-infused saltfor a luxurious twist.

⭐️ Blue Cheese, New Flavor: Try different blue cheeses for unique flavors. For a salty kick, go for Roquefort or Saint Agur. Prefer a milder taste? Bleu d’Auvergne is perfect. No Parmigiano? Powdered cheese works too!

⭐️ Pick the Perfect Pasta: Penne works great, but fusilli or other pasta that holds the sauce well are also delicious. Experiment and find your favorite match!

⭐️ Nuts for Crunch: Add a crunchy twist by using pine nuts, almonds, or your favorite nuts instead of walnuts. A little crunch makes every bite better.

⭐️ Bread: The Best Finishing Touch: Got bread? Dip it in the leftover sauce and enjoy every last drop. It’s the perfect way to savor all the creamy goodness.
