Ingredients

1 Portions
Metric Imperial
  • 200 g
    Fresh cream ย
  • 200 g
    Gorgonzola cheese
  • 50 g
    Parmesan cheese
  • 1
    tablespoon White wine
  • Saltย Appropriate amount
  • Black pepper Appropriate amount
  • 50 g
    Walnuts
Cooking time: About 20 minutes
Ingredients:

Serving for 4

  • Spaghetti (fusilli, penne, etc.)ใ€€400g
  • Fresh cream ย  200g
  • Gorgonzola cheese ย  150-200g
  • Parmesan cheese ย  50g
  • White wine (if available) ย  1
  • Saltย  Appropriate amount
  • Black pepper Appropriate amount
  • Walnuts (if available)ย  50g
How to make it:

1/ Grate the Parmigiano cheese and cut the Gorgonzola cheese into appropriate sizes.

2/ Finely chop the walnuts.
3/ Pour water into a large pot, bring to a boil, add salt, add pasta and bring to a boil.

4/ Put the cream in a frying pan or pot and heat it.

5/ Before the cream boils, add the cut Gorgonzola cheese and mix well until completely melted on low heat.

6/ Once the cheese has melted, add white wine and simmer for a while, then season the sauce with salt and pepper.

7/ When the pasta is cooked al dente (subtract 2 minutes from the listed time), add the pasta (without draining) directly to the skillet with the sauce using a slotted ladle.

8/ Mix cream sauce and pasta over low heat, add Parmesan cheese and mix again.

9/ Add chopped walnuts and mix to complete.

10/ Arrange the pasta on a plate, add more Parmesan cheese if you like, and enjoy.

โ˜…If you use crรจme fraรฎche instead of fresh cream, the sauce will be even richer and creamier, so feel free to try it to your liking. If you think the sauce is too thick, you can add a little bit of the pasta boiling water to make it smoother.

โ˜…Sprinkle cheese, salt, and pepper to taste and enjoy. Adding truffle powder gives it even more flavor. We also recommend adding truffle powder or truffle-infused salt!

โ˜…In addition to using Gorgonzola cheese, you can also try using your favorite blue cheese to enjoy a variety of flavors! If you like salty blue cheeses, we recommend France’s Roquefort and Saint Agur, and if you prefer a milder flavor, try Bleu d’Auvergne. Yo. Also, feel free to try using powdered cheese, which is easily available around you, instead of Parmigiano cheese!

โ˜…In this recipe, I used penne. Fusilli and other dishes are also delicious as they coat well with the sauce.

โ˜…You can also try using your favorite nuts such as pine nuts or almonds instead of walnuts.

โ˜…If you have bread, you can eat it by dipping it into the sauce left on the plate. Let’s enjoy it deliciously till the end!
