For 4 people:
/ Prepare the Chocolate: Finely chop the chocolate with a knife or a peeler.
/ Make the Cream Base: Add mascarpone cheese, Greek yogurt, and maple syrup to a bowl. Mix well until smooth. Then add the chopped chocolate and mix again to create a stracciatella-style cream.
/ Layer the Cream and Muesli: In a serving container or glass, layer muesli (or granola, cornflakes, etc.) at the bottom, then spoon in the mascarpone cream on top.
/ Chill Until Set: Place the dessert in the refrigerator for about 1 to 2 hours to allow the cream to firm up.
/ Prepare the Fruit: Wash the berries and gently pat them dry. Keep them chilled until ready to use.
/ Garnish and Serve: Once the cream has set (or just before serving), top with fresh berries and sprinkle with your favorite chopped nuts.
