For 4 people
1/ Grate the Parmesan cheese.
2/ Fill a large pot with water, add salt, and bring it to a boil for tortellini
3/ Heat a frying pan, add the bacon, and sauté it. Then remove it from the pan and set aside.
4/ In the same frying pan, add the butter and let it melt, then add the heavy cream and simmer over low heat.
5/ Cut the Gorgonzola cheese into small pieces and add it to the cream, stirring to melt the cheese.
6/ Once the water in the pot from step 2 comes to a boil, add the tortellini and cook.
7/ Transfer the cooked tortellini to a colander to drain, then add it to the sauce in the frying pan. Add the Parmigiano cheese and stir (for an even richer flavor, add more butter if desired). Finally, add the sautéed bacon, mix well, and it’s ready to serve.
★ For an extra touch, sprinkle with fresh parsley and a bit more Parmigiano cheese before serving.
★ Feel free to substitute the Parmigiano with your favorite shredded cheese if you prefer.
★ Adjust the amount of tortellini to suit your appetite and enjoy to the fullest!
