A bright orange Turkish salad made with bulgur wheat. The texture is similar to couscous, so if you have difficulty obtaining couscous, you can use couscous instead.

โ˜…The amount of water and steaming time when steaming bulgur wheat is a rough guide. Please refer to the information on the package you purchased.

โ˜…This recipe introduces a basic bulgur salad, but you can add feta cheese if you like, or use any combination of vegetables you like, such as cherry tomatoes or cucumbers, or vegetables you have in the fridge. You can arrange it!

โ˜…It’s red paprika, but this time Spitz paprika (Sptitzpaprika/German) I used a long, thin paprika. Although it looks like a chili pepper, it is a sweet paprika that can be eaten raw. Of course, you can also use the bell-shaped red bell peppers sold in Japan!
