๐ŸŒŸMake Your Turkish Bulgur Salad Even Better!๐ŸŒŸ

โญ๏ธ Check the Bulgur Instructions: The amount of water and steaming time for bulgur wheat is just a rough guide. Always check the instructions on the package you purchased for the best results.

โญ๏ธ Get Creative with Add-ins: This recipe is a basic bulgur salad, but feel free to add feta cheese, cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, or any vegetables you have in your fridge. Make it your own with colorful variations!โœจ

โญ๏ธ Sweet Paprika, Not Chili: This time I used Spitz paprika (Spitzpaprika/German), a long, thin sweet paprika that looks like chili but can be eaten raw.

๐ŸฉทA Little Story: I first discovered this salad at a local supermarket here in Germany. It reminded me of couscous, so I decided to give it a tryโ€”and it was so delicious that I had to recreate it at home! With many Turkish communities here, itโ€™s no surprise that Turkish flavors like this have become part of everyday life.๐Ÿ˜Š
