Ingredients

Cooking time: About 35-40 minutes
Ingredients:

For 3-4 persons:

  • 600 g of Potatoes
  • Butter, as needed
  • A Pinch of Salt
  • 2 Teaspoons of Sugar

 

How to make it:

1/ Boil the potatoes with their skins on for 20–30 minutes, until tender.

2/ Drain, let cool slightly, and peel.

3/ Melt butter in a frying pan and sauté the potatoes until lightly golden.

4/ Season with salt, then sprinkle with sugar and cook until the surface becomes caramelized.
