Crustless quiche with green onions and smoked salmon – Quiche aux poireaux et au saumon

I don’t have quiche dough, but I want to eat quiche! In such a case, let’s make it quiche style and enjoy the atmosphere. The green onions sold in France are mostly sweet-tasting green onions (leeks), but you can also try using long green onions.

  • 300 ml
    Milk
  • 200 ml
    Crรจme fraiche (or sour cream, fresh cream, milk)

    Your favorite shredded cheese (your desired amount)

    Smoked salmon
  • 250 g
    1 green onion (approx. 250g) or 1-2 green onions
  • 2
    Tablespoons butter
  • 1
    Salt Appropriate amount
  • 1
    Pepper, appropriate amount
Cooking time: Approximately 60 minutes
Ingredients:

For 4 people

  • 3 eggs
  • Flour 100g
  • Milk 300ml
  • Crรจme fraiche 200ml (or sour cream, fresh cream, milk)
  • Your favorite shredded cheese 100g (your desired amount)
  • Smoked salmon 100g
  • 1 green onion (approx. 250g) or 1-2 green onions
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • Salt Appropriate amount
  • Pepper, appropriate amount
How to make it:

1/ Grease a pie plate (26cm in diameter) with butter.

2/ Finely chop the green onion.
3/ Heat the butter in a frying pan, add the spring onions and stir-fry for a little while over medium heat, then cover and simmer over low heat for about 10 minutes.

4/ Adjust the taste with salt and pepper and turn off the heat.

5/ Add eggs, milk, and crรจme fraรฎche to a bowl and mix with a whisk.

6/ Add the flour little by little and mix, then add salt and pepper.

7/ Add shredded cheese and leek and mix.

8/ Transfer to a pie plate, cut the smoked salmon into pieces and add.

9/ Bake in a preheated oven at 180โ„ƒ for 35-40 minutes until the quiche is fir

โ˜…If you want to make quiche but don’t want to spend time making the dough or don’t want to buy the dough, this is a convenient and easy menu.
โ˜…As a substitute for crรจme fraiche, you can use sour cream or fresh cream, or you can use just milk if you prefer.
โ˜…You can also add chives or parsley as a finishing touch as shown in the photo.
