🌟 Essential Tips Before You Bake 🌟
⭐️ Choose the Right Dish Size: For the perfect fit, use a 30 x 20 cm (12 x 8 inch) baking dish.
This size lets you arrange three lasagna sheets neatly side by side, making layering and assembly effortless.
⭐️ Keep an Eye on Your Oven: Every oven is a little different! Baking times may vary depending on the model and settings, so adjust as needed to achieve that golden, bubbly top we all love
⭐️Don’t Skip the Béchamel Sauce: The creamy béchamel balances the rich Bolognese flavor and keeps the lasagna moist. It’s the secret to that classic Italian texture! And while store-bought béchamel works fine when you’re short on time, I always feel homemade tastes so much better. Sometimes I take the shortcut, but every time I make it from scratch, I think—yes, this is worth it! 😅⭐️ A Guaranteed Crowd-Pleaser Loved by both kids and adults, this lasagna never fails to impress. It’s perfect for any occasion—whether it’s a cozy family dinner, friends dropping by, or a festive gathering. In our family, this dish always brings smiles all around. 😄
