Ingredients:

  • 1 kg potatoes
  • 100 ml milk
  • 100 ml heavy cream
  • 50โ€“60 g butter
  • Salt, to taste
  • Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • A pinch of nutmeg (optional)
How to make it:

1. Prep the Potatoes:

Peel the potatoes and cut them into large pieces.

2. Boil Until Tender:

Place the potatoes in a pot, add enough water to cover them, and season with coarse salt or a pinch of regular salt. Simmer over medium heat until tender.
