3/ Separate the eggs: Separate the egg yolks and whites into two clean bowls.

8/ Dip the biscotti savoiardi: Pour the cooled coffee into a dish. Briefly dip both sides of the biscotti savoiardi into the coffee, ensuring they absorb some coffee but do not become too soggy. Arrange the soaked biscuits on top of the mascarpone cream.

⭐️Add a Personal Touch to Your Tiramisu⭐️

⭐️ This recipe uses a glass dish measuring 12 x 28 x 7.5 cm. If you want to double the recipe, a dish around 20.5 x 21 x 5 cm is recommended.

⭐️ This recipe is alcohol-free (our family isn’t fond of desserts with alcohol), but if you prefer a more grown-up flavor, try adding a splash of Amaretto or dark rum to the coffee for dipping the biscuits.

⭐️ Tiramisu is always a hit at parties, and it’s so popular that I’ve made it several times when my children’s friends came over—it’s a dessert loved by everyone, young and old alike!
